THE METHOD. Basically just slide the gnome inside the car through the gap behind the car (aka the rear window) using your gravity gun - To make sure the gnome stays secure inside the car, just press S for a few seconds. Do it slowly.

I'm actually curious as well, s I really enjoyed this achievement (I remember making fun videos for both the Half-Life 2 Episode 2, and Left 4 Dead 2 videos sadly copyright strikes destroyed one of them in the early days of these strikes)

01. It's literary a BROKEN ACHIEVEMENT, you can probably get it just for being an idiot / or a nice person as you may already have been. 02. Apparently you can get this from any map or mode (means any campaign or survival or whatever) and just need to wait until it to trigger. You cannot get the achievement if your character is dead on arrival.
