So I make a new character, and I immediately try to use my level 80 boost. Nothing happens. I got a pack of dyes and some 15 slot bags but my character is not level 80 and I didn't get the box of gear I thought I was supposed to get. Apparently I should have been teleported to the Silverwastes as well, but that also didn't happen.
You can use it as a infinite trial on infinite characters before you actually consume it permanently and boost your character to lvl 80. Meaning you are free to make a new lvl 1 character, double click the booster, temporary boost the character to lvl 80 with all skills and traits unlocked and play whatever and however you wish in a lvl 80 zone
I'm a newish player (came back after leveling an engineer to 80 in 2012) and I'm pretty pleased so far with my level 20 warrior. I know this is the character I want to play, but I also have read about masteries and how they're earned by earning experience once you reach level cap in each major zone.
Instead type "Zhed". If you mostly play alone on your reaper I suggest a gear set that brings you to 67% crit chance so that when you enter shroud you have 100%. Here is one example. Look at the gear tab. The build that is linked there is also extremly good as it gives you extended shroud duration.
Likewise with food (game calls it "nourishment"). Some of the really low level things only give +5%, but most give +10%. Again, while just levelling you can use whatever the cheapest ones are from the TP. The food you can get changes every five levels or so, so I'd just suggest getting a small number at a time.
Members. 24.6k. Posted December 5, 2021. I'm pretty sure the Devs wouldn't spoil some big surprise like that if there was. So, go ahead if you want to use your L80 Boost. Or spend the time until End of Dragon releases by leveling up your character normally. Your choice. 2. 1.
Get to learn the game from the in-game hints given to you through leveling normally. Once you're comfortable with how the game controls and how combat works, go ahead and pop it on a toon you like. You can trial the level 80 toon before you consume the boost. 2) So there are two systems in play here. Personal Story and Mastery.
